In order to assist our HR Business Partner team, we are currently looking to recruit, starting on January 2020 :

HR Trainee (m / f) 6 months minimum

Your responsibilities :

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR Business Partner team. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Participating in the day to day HR activities, answering employees queries and supporting with the administrative tasks;
  • Formalizing HR processes and procedures;
  • Providing periodic reports and statistics;
  • Participating in the integration process of new hires;
  • Supporting the organization of the evaluation process;
  • Participating in local projects.
  • All these tasks will be done in close relations with the HR team members and our internal clients.

    Your profile :

  • You follow a Bachelor / Master degree in HR or similar;
  • You are fluent in English & French / German (any other languages will be considered as an asset);
  • You are rigorous, organized, flexible, proactive and detail oriented;
  • You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs;
  • You are able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • You are a flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations;
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
