Job description

You will work in a multidisciplinary team within ING's Agile organization in order to deliver high-quality services to our clients and help them manage their assets.

Your key activities will be :

  • As project manager
  • Participating to complex projects, involving various stakeholders, with the aim to create even more added value to our customers;
  • Using your expertise and experience to contribute to all sprint events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos);
  • Timely dealing with the most urgent incidents and improvement needs and managing priorities.
  • As business analyst
  • Analyze regulations or business needs, prepare functional requirements and translate into working software by collaborating with IT engineers;
  • Understanding, challenging and being accountable for respecting business principles and external regulation;
  • Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the business domain and the underlying application architecture and relevant IT landscape and technologies.
  • As product manager
  • Delivering the customer journey strategy, manage the stakeholders, formulate the product / service, process- and channel policy in line with external regulations, risk and compliance policies;
  • Applying profound product / service knowledge to develop and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition, ultimately delivering excellence for customers;
  • Optimizing processes in a customer oriented way to maximize clients and business value.

  • Experience and required skills :

  • Master or Bachelor degree, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (regulatory projects e.g. : MIFID).
  • Knowledge about investment products is a must
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills & strong analytical skills and a healthy level of curiosity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - Knowledgeable on IT opportunities to support business goals.
  • Languages :

    Fluent in English & French Any additional languages will be considered an asset.
