In order to enforcethe Tech department, ING Luxembourg is looking for a full time Operations Engineer (m / f) on an permanent contract.

Job description

Within a multi-skilled& autonomous development team you will :

Develop and represent Operations Engineers expertise and share it with theteam

Be responsible for the operational maintenance and the deployments inacceptance and production of all assets in your scope

Be the single point of contact of the central Operations team for variousstakeholders

Take an active part in the evolution of deployment procedures &standards for all kinds of components

Implement inter-application flows and ensure consistency in processexecution, addressing topics such as alerting, job scheduling, dependencymanagement

Improve the quality of deliveries by automating the deployments whereverpossible

Handle technology watch in the area of production tooling

Technicalskills :

Knowledge of the Linux server and Windows server environments is a must

Knowledge of or willing to learn Ansible, TWS or equivalent, XFB orequivalent, or the Perl language is a strong asset

Past experience as a developer in the Java or Cobol paradigm is an asset

Basic knowledge of the IBM z / OS and DB / 2 environments, WAS, Apache, ITM-Omnibuswill be a plus as those are widely used within ING

Experience :

Training level : Bac + 2 minimum

Experience of 5 years in an Operations Engineers team is a plus

Languages : French is a must, English is an asset
