SELECT Luxembourg is a unique recruitment company that offers a 360 approach to its clients : a combination of Recruitment & Selection usual tools (direct approach of candidates, databases ) and social hunting (indirect approach of candidates resulting from an intensive use of private and professional social networks).
Under the supervision of the Director of the office, you will work autonomously and will manage your own client portfolio.
Among others, your tasks will include the following :
Understanding the needs of our clients;
Searching and identifying profiles using our various tools (databases, advertising, social networks ...);
Dealing with applications and answering candidates;
Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills;
Writing and archiving candidate reports;
Preparing short lists of candidates and presentation folders ;
Following-up the entire recruitment process with both clients and candidates;
Managing and developing a dedicated clients portfolio;
Participating to the business development by managing internal and external projects (marketing & communication, events...);
If required, preparing and assisting to client meetings.
You have a higher education and you're looking for a new challenge within a fast growing structure;
Higher education (Bachelor / Master) ;
Ideally a first experience in a similar role (1 to 3 years);
Fluent in French, English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Teamwork and client minded;
Dynamic, ambitious and result oriented.
