Assist the Human Resources managers on all duties and responsibilities.

Client Details Our client is a major actor in transportation services in Europe.

Description Be responsible for all administration of employees (employment contract writing, holiday / sickness administration, medical appointments, etc) Be in charge of payroll administration for all stations of the Group in Europe Manage recruiting and staffing activities such as establishing job requirements, selection and interviewing for various levels of responsibility Be in charge of the approval application and final report of the company's training plan Be the HR point of contact of employees and provide the first level of HR support Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken), knowledge of German is an asset Good knowledge about Luxembourg working administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good organization skills Strong integrity and high sense of confidentiality Job Offer An international environment full of challenges and development opportunities An interesting and competitive salary
