Job description : Your team For our Asset Services business line (PAS), we look for passionate people who combine proven experience in the management of digital transformation projects and a sound understanding of financial services (private banking and / or asset management and / or asset servicing).

In this role you will handle a variety of assignments, ranging from new product initiatives, service developments and digital transformation projects.

You will report to the Head of Client Solutions & Innovation and interact regularly with the PAS Executive Committee (Partnership and CxO levels). Your role

Actively contributing to the identification of new products and services within PAS, with a specific focus on the development of our front-end systems.

Closely monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities, especially technology developments; driving innovation while maintaining a realistic short , mid- and long-term roadmap.

Engaging with front teams (business developers and client relationship managers) and with clients to validate their business needs.

Ensuring that the successful delivery of the entire project is in line with the desired outcome, as initially anticipated throughout your analysis.

Proactively taking decisions or seeking approval to ensure that new product / service features are in line with PAS’s overall business strategy.

Keeping track of product usage to channel investments towards the most value-adding features.

Managing a pipeline of small requests , ensuring that incremental developments are captured and delivered in good time and in line with budget constraints.

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or Business Administration.

Five to ten years’ industry experience or consulting in financial services.

Broad knowledge of asset servicing and in-depth knowledge of at least one of its fields ( global custody, fund administration or depositary bank) or business areas (retail, wealth and institutional).

Experience with implementing digital projects (including in retail banking / wealth management).

Strong analytical skills as well as excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure taking a proactive approach, including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope / direction.

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Fluent in English (a must) and French, spoken and written. Any other language would be considered an advantage.

Proficient with MS Office tools (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Knowledge of data visualisation (Tableau), data analytics (R, Python) and prototyping ( Figma) tools will be viewed as an asset.

Occasional travel (in Europe) will be required.
