Your mission

You will support various teams (AML / KYC - Independence) within our Compliance department following the implementation of new tools and updated processes related to new regulation.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Encoding data in our centralised tool and scanning;
  • Client Information research;
  • Filing documents into our internal tool;
  • Ensure respect of internal procedures;
  • Support the implementation of efficient, reliable and high-quality processes;
  • Various support to team members;
  • Diverse administrative tasks.
  • Your profile

  • You hold a post Bac degree (Bachelor, BTS, DUT) with a legal orientation;
  • You have a first experience (including internships) in compliance or in a legal field;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • You are well-organized and able to deal with deadlines;
  • You have a high sense of confidentiality;
  • You are rigorous and highly attentive to details;
  • You have good communication skills and you are able to work in teams;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. German is an asset.
