You will be responsible for acquiring, building and maintaining relationships with new clients and intermediaries.

You will report to the head of UHNW.

What will you do ? As part of the Business Office team, and in collaboration with Relationship Managers / Business Development Managers, provides a faultless service to the Ultra High Net Worth Individual client segment.

Gives Relationship Managers / Business Development Managers highly professional operational and commercial assistance to help encourage client loyalty and develop the team’s client base.

Carries out, records and monitors day-to-day activities, for the purposes of responding to UHNW client requests (account openings, investments, client visits, credit transfers, stock market orders, etc.).

Proactively monitors account statuses.

Identifies client needs in a proactive and organised manner and conveys this information to the Relationship Managers / Business Development Managers.

Assists the Relationship Managers / Business Development Managers with preparing investment services (i.e.

preparation of proposals in conjunction with the investment management or TFM teams) and financing services (i.e.

preparation of credit decision sheets and collation of all items / documents).

Ensures that procedures are implemented, that the entire business interaction with the client is always documented, and that transactions are monitored.
