As a member of the EU Reverse Logistics Operations (ReLo Ops) Quality team, the Program Mgr. drives ReLo Quality which includes the dimensions Customer Experience, Asset Recovery, and process error rates.
EU ReLo Ops run 15 Customer Return operations across EU.
The Program Mgr. fills the Subject Matter Expert role for some of the crucial processes, product segments, and metric tools.
He / she initiates and manages cross-functional, cross-departmental and international projects and improvement programs.
The Program Mgr. independently analyzes KPI performance and processes, identifies opportunities for process improvement or defect elimination, and achieves process optimization and new process definition -
for specific product segments, or overall. He / she creates new metric tools, pilots them with Operations, and rolls them out across all EU Return Centers.
ReLo Ops key metric tools cover all ReLo KPIs on EU level and operational level (Return Center and below).
The role will include 20-40% of business travel, mostly across EU.
You hold a degree in logistics, business administration, or in a related field
Have experience in managing projects.
Have excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Have a sincere bias for action and be passionate about achieving results and driving quality through tools and process improvement.
Possess the ability to manage detail and to analytically identify root cause based on data and process observation. Demonstrate effective problem-
solving and analytical capability.
Technical expertise - Solution-oriented approach for systems and processes.
Expert / advanced skills in business analytics and data mining
Proficient in standard IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
Ready and capable of working efficiently in a distributed team
Willing to relocate if necessary
Be competent in two or more production or supply chain areas, with an impressive track-record in a similar fast-paced logistics, distribution, manufacturing or engineering environment.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
Fluency in any of the following languages : Slovak or Czech, Polish, Spanish
Experience in Customer Returns and / or Grading
Track record in Program Mgmt. role / project mgmt.
