The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team is growing in order to increase its capability to support business in analysing their processes.
Lead change management activities and drive change management at the organisational level;
Create a strategy to support adoption of project changes;
Integrate change management activities into project plans and drive change initiatives with the support of HR teams;
Provide support to communication efforts : support the design, delivery and coordination.
Assess change impact : conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
Advise on training efforts : provide input and support the design of trainings in the context of transformation projects;
Identify factors of resistance to change and implement remediation actions;
Evaluate and ensure user readiness and acceptance;
Consult and coach project teams;
Support and engage senior leaders;
Define and measure metrics and monitor change progress.
Education / Certification :
Four year degree (or similar certification)
MBA (or equivalent degree / certification) preferred
Experience Required :
2-4 years experience in a professional context
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts preferred
Consulting background preferred
Required Knowledge :
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (preferred)
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
