Purpose of the Job
The Group Head of Expense Analysis and Reporting will be a key member of our Group Finance team and will report to the Group Head of Finance.
The primary role for this position is to lead expenses management across the organisation and will play a key role in the growth and objectives of Quintet.
The right candidate will have a strategic mind-set and will also be able to lead the execution of the day-to-day activities.
This role interacts with members of the Finance team including among others Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Transfer Pricing and as well as with various senior stakeholders across the organization.
As Head of Expense Analysis and Reporting, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and monitoring Quintet Group expenses from actuals to forecast and budget.
Lead and manage a team of senior and junior financial controllers focusing on monitoring expenses globally.
Develop strong working relationships with Group Function Heads and senior stakeholders in providing financial insight to drive strategic direction to the business.
Responsibility for monthly expenses reporting, results forecasting and planning.
Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
Lead or support transformation initiatives and projects such as defining an analytical cost allocation model or implementing a procure-to-pay tool across the Group.
Manage preparation of presentations for Senior Management, the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
Lead the annual expense budget process and all subsequent forecasts driving more cost accountability with budget owners.
Ensure effective controls on reporting and analysis
Responsibility for modelling analytical allocations on a monthly and quarterly basis and calculating Transfer Pricing charges and tax impacts.
Knowledge and Experience
10+ years of experience in a similar level role.
At least 5 years of successful experience managing senior controllers.
Masters degree in Economics or Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy).

Experience with accounting and tax in the banking sector is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
High proficiency in Excel modelling and analytics required, experience in SAP and / or TM1 is a plus
Experience in analytical accounting modelling and implementation
French or any other language are considered an advantage
