We our looking for a FUND OVERSIGHT OFFICER to join the Supervision of Delegates Team.
Your mission will consist in monitoring the Management Company’s delegates with the purpose of reinforcing the current team within LEMANIK ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A.
The candidate will :
Be in charge of the supervision of the counterparties of the Management Company (Central Administrators, Investment Managers and Depositaries)
Conduct the initial and on-going due diligences on the counterparties, including on-site visit (International travelling might be required)
Collect and challenge the KPIs from the counterparties, investigate potential risks identified, escalate issues and contribute to resolution of problems
Liaise with delegates to enhance reporting processes and maintain Service Level Agreements
Review and validate the fund’s expenses, calculation of TER and on-going charges
Review and validate the calculation of rebates to distributors
Produce reports to the Conducting Officers and Board of Directors on oversight activities
You have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance
And have gained 2-4 years of experience in the Luxembourg Funds industry. Any knowledge of Fund Accounting or Depositary activities would be an asset
You have a good understanding of Fund regulations (especially AIFMD and UCITS V)
You are fluent in French and English
You have good analytical / quantitative capabilities
You master excel (VBA knowledge would be a distinct advantage)
Hands-on approach, ability to work autonomously but with a real team spirit
You are a fast learner
