You will be responsible for the achievement of the company’s sales and profit goals by developing and executing strategic objectives within a focused key account distributor partner market.

Your day-to-day responsibilities :

  • You represent Worldline’s full portfolio of brands with assigned retail customers
  • You deliver annual volume, trade spend and profit plan
  • You do ongoing analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution
  • You develop weekly / monthly visit plans while adhering to guidelines and ensure detailed execution through consistent customer engagement
  • You make regular headquarter buyer calls, identify customer needs / priorities and crafting fact-based selling presentations for assigned retail accounts
  • You maintain existing business and develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • You prepare reports on account status

  • You deliver the best solution after evaluating alternative methods and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • You possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are made
  • You understand and seek business problems specific to our company
  • You build a trust-based relationship with Key customers to assure highest retention success.
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • Bac +2 / 3 degree in Sales or Sales Support with an experience of 3-5 years in Sales or relevant field
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Skills we'd like to have

  • Proven track record as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, CRM etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects / relations at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Luxembourgish or German
  • You have the ability to analyze data combine with in market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies.
