YOUR FUTURE TAKS
You independently take care of the complete processing of incoming shipments, including customs clearance
You create offers for customers and follow up on created offers
You communicate directly and trustfully with customers, carriers, shipping companies and partners at home and abroad
You maintain the data in the forwarding program and take over the resulting administrative tasks in the department
WHAT YOU OFFER US
A position as a merchant (m / f / d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training
We expect professional experience in Airfreight forwarding
You process dangerous goods shipments in accordance with the applicable DGR or Imo regulations
You are well versed in customs clearance
You have negotiation skills and a feeling for good and friendly communication in German, French and English
You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office and common forwarding and customs software (if you do not know our programs, we will be happy to instruct you)
