COMPLIANCE & RISK OFFICER (M / F) - CDI
This role is for a critical thinking individual who is able to work autonomously while coaxing peers into a culture of compliance and risk mitigation while demonstrating integrity and professional judgment in protecting the interests of the Company
You will be responsible for :
Anticipating, identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and reporting all the risks to which the Company is or may be exposed, should it be, but not limited to, strategic, operational, financial, legal or reputational.
Developing, designing and delivering compliance and risk strategies to influence business leadership on effective solutions
Verifying that the regulatory and internal risk limits as well as the compliance framework are compatible with the strategies, activities, as well as organizational and operational structure of the Company.
Coordinating all risks initiatives throughout the company to assure that risk and control processes operate as intended
Bringing your expertise and insight to internal teams and projects whenever compliance is included
Assisting in audit exercises conducted by third-parties on compliance and risk related matters
Managing and maintaining the Company’s certifications program
Ensuring that Senior Management receives a comprehensive overview of the risks to which the Company is or may be exposed
To take on this challenging role, you should have :
At least 4 years successful experience in a risk and compliance or audit environment
Working knowledge of a risk assessment tool such as Ebios or other
GDPR & CSSF circulars knowledge
A pro-active mind-set and critical thinking skills
The ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
A team player attitude with good communication skills in English and French
Leadership and coaching skills as you achieve gained trust and support of others
Demonstrated ability to work with and preserve confidential information
An operations mindset
