Job Description

As Products & Customers Technical Manager, you will :

  • Be responsible for assistance claims (incidence tickets)
  • Analyze, diagnose, qualify and manage all the process until it's solved
  • Assure a technical support (level 1 & 2)
  • Assist the clients in the execution of the solutions and software
  • Study new products and solutions
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in French and Dutch
  • A previous experience in client technical support (level 2)
  • Good experience in networks and computing systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems for client
  • Autonomous, organized, responsible and rigorous in their work
  • Open-minded, motivate, enthusiastic and team player
  • Knowledge in : Linux, macOS, mobiles (Android / iOS), Microsoft Exchange, computing security (anti-malware / Firewall), OTRS ticketing system
