We are currently looking for a Tic Tac Mother Brand Product Innovation Manager .
The position is based in Luxembourg .
The role has two main perimeters , both with worldwide scope of implementation :
1. Ownership and coordination at global level of Tic Tac Tropical Portfolio Deliver Innovation pipeline : R&D strategy and development responsibilities in terms of new product value proposition (product structure, product recipe, product flavors territories) for tropical Countries first (i.
e. India) and then with ambition to potential rollout out of APAC MEA Area.
2. Ownership of Tic Tac Brand Commit and Aim Innovation projects development accordingly to Strategist Team projects vision and guidelines.
The position requires a worldwide innovation projects development responsibility
Tasks and responsibilities :
R&D activities on product development innovation projects focused on Tic Tac core product evolution
R&D activities on product innovation based on strategic Global’ approach e.g. Tic Tac Tropical Portfolio products innovation range
R&D activities on flavors development for Global’ range approach specific flavors for specific Tropical Portfolio markets : e.g. India, Brazil
R&D activities on packaging : Tic Tac packaging value proposition evolution and Tic Tac packaging projects for specific markets Global’ approach
Researches and Coves activities set-up, analysis and validation plan to evaluate the potential of innovation projects and define the right marketing-mix
Global ownership of projects development overall project management activities
New flavors range doses compliance process management for countries involved for launch plan
Budget management : monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, recommend and implement corrective actions
Experience in Marketing : 4-7 years and experience in to the business unit is a plus
Commercial field direct experience or proven past involvement and sensitivity
Decent experience in a BU for internal candidates
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines;
