Amazon is looking for an outstanding Senior Regional IT Project Deployment Manager (m / w / d) in LuxembourgThe Operations Technology Infrastructure team is looking for an analytical, driven leader to serve as a Senior IT Deployment Manager, Worldwide for our rapidly growing global IT infrastructure needs.

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to provide leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions for the EU Fulfillment IT team.

One of our latest ventures in innovation is the creation of IT Deployment group. The primary objective of this group is to support the growth of worldwide IT by building a global and scalable platform that includes standard tools and processes.

The objective of this role is to lead a team within the IT Deployment group and to develop and implement standardized tools and processes that set standards for how projects are run.

This role will also ensure project management standards are followed, gather project data and production of information for management review, provide a source of guidance and advice for project managers, and manage and facilitate the portfolio management process.

The Global Ops Tech IT Deployment organization manages the IT Infrastructure scope of a complex suite of projects and is responsible for the delivery of initiatives across business teams and operations groups within Amazon Fulfillment IT.

Our projects deliver on the solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers’ orders. This includes management of site launches across the globe and directly supports shipping packages to millions of Amazon.

com customers across the world.As a Senior Regional IT Project Deployment Manager (m / w / d), you will lead a team of IT Deployment Project Managers, and work with Regional IT Leadership, Fulfillment Operations, Amazon Logistics, and other customers in developing comprehensive plans to execute the work.

You will also align the customer expectations and success measures by monitoring portfolio health and making sure solutions fit with global standards and customer needs.

In this role you will be responsible for developing high standards for your team that are scalable, repeatable and global in close partnership with peers from all regions globally.

Responsibilities include : · Lead design and development of strategic PMO related processes· Work with program managers, business leaders and Executive team to drive critical business initiatives· Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects· Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization’s project delivery capability by providing leadership in best practices· Oversee the development, implementation, and training of program / project management tools and processes· Proven ability to build relationships and manage cross-

functional teams· Ability to work with and influence technical and non-technical cross functional team to produce results· Experience using PMI methodology to develop scope documents, project management plans, communication plans, project schedules, change management and risk and issue logs· Drive implementation and execution of stage gate process at organization level and work with different parts of the organization for their individual stage gate process as they evolve· Lead design and development of strategic PMO related processes to bring together Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, ACES, etc.
