Responsibilities :

  • First point of contact for all customers and guests arriving at the office
  • Answer phone calls-emails / relay messages
  • Schedule travel arrangements when necessary
  • Receive and mail packages and letters
  • Track and follow up on shipping and receiving
  • Order material and check supplier deliveries
  • Manage physical archive
  • When necessary prepare bank payments
  • Support the Management with ad-hoc inquiries
  • When needed preparation of documentation for authorities, banks etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Positive and and well-organized
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of office products
  • Fluent in German, English and French
  • Knowledge of other languages most particularly Luxembourgish would be an asset
