As part of the Regulatory Change Project Management team, you will have the opportunity to drive regulatory projects. Your main responsibilities will include the business assessment, cost and time estimate, resourcing, planning, and coordination of all required project activities allowing a smooth implementation of projects assigned to you within agreed scope, timeline and budget.

Your skills and experience
You demonstrate a strong track record of project delivery and you are used to senior management exposure in a fast-paced banking environment.
More specifically you can evidence :
In-depth banking knowledge : private banking products and services, depositary bank functions and services, investment funds, financial products and processing,
Strong understanding of current legal and regulatory framework with focus on regulatory reporting
Excellent presentation and leadership skills : animation of workshops and steering committees, reporting to executive management
Enhanced analytical and organization skills
Ability to handle and engage stakeholders, initiate and build good relationships. Influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization in a global matrix environment
Detailed implementation project plans and ensure all documents are maintained / updated throughout the project
Solution oriented attitude and proactivity
Fluency in English, German and / or French would be a considerable asset.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
