About the Role :
Responsible for the Procurement functional development, acting as the guardian of way of working, deploying best practices across the function, ensuring a standardized approach is taken across.
Ensures the required level of standardization and simplification within all relevant processes (including system innovation, tools / platforms evolution required for the function to excel).
Act as the connection amongst the various Procurement departments (including Responsible Sourcing).
Define strategies for the Source to Pay program implementation, from the proposed operating model through the Capabilities evolution and overall function reporting.
Develop a single Source to Pay policy and support the creation of the relevant Group Operating Standards for the different spend categories departments.
Define an overall Supplier Management approach, ensuring the appropriated level of strategic collaboration and supplier development is in place.
Support the developing of the needed functional training agenda, in alignment with the corporate training area within the Group.
