Our Markets Department is now looking for a Digital Collaboration Specialist to reinforce and develop the technology as part of our daily work.
He / She supports the adoption and strategic use of the collaboration and communication tools across the Firm to facilitate the collaboration and the communication between the employees of KPMG and between KPMG and its clients.

As Digital Collaboration Specialist, you will :
Assess, test, implement and deploy collaborative tools
Be in charge of the evaluation of available tools helping in enhancing collaboration and efficiency and compare programs with established standards and needs,
Drive user acceptance, including high-risk, high-impact projects,
Oversee the implementation of the new targeted technologies (testing / deployment),
Accompany the end-users in adopting and properly using the targeted collaborative tools
Perform Technical Support
Act as the primary point of contact for the collaborative / office automation tools as well as the communication and the analytics linked to them,
Provide level 3 support for programs and applications to KPMG Employees / users / client (when concerned).
Empower the use of the collaborative tools by :
Manage proper change management using communication channels / delivery training solutions / advises the end-users on best practices.
Governance
Document, review and update governances and processes linked to the activity
Minimize Costs
Ensure the KPMG collaborative tools are well-adopted to increase efficiency amongst the teams and avoid irrelevant costs using external tools.
Analytics
Develop the right analytics related to the use of the collaborative tools (i.e tools able to analyze KPMG website’ performance) and support the person in charge of analyzing the data.
Research New Tech
Stay alert to new technologies and especially to products developed by KPMG Luxembourg / Global or deployed within KPMG network.
The perfect candidate has :
Minimum Bachelor level in Communication, IT or multimedia area or any related field
At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a Technology field
Excellent level of English
Is Digital / tech savvy
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and IT environment (software, collaboration tools)
Great skills in project management and can work on multiple projects at the same time.
Good communication skills, eye for detail and quality
Eagerness to learn and curiosity with problem solving skills
