Job Title : Fund Administrator, Langham Hall Luxembourg(M / F) Reports To : Manager, Luxembourg Location : Luxembourg City,Luxembourg The Company Langham Hall provides premium qualityaccounting, administration and investor reporting services togetherwith a selection of consultancy services to real estate and privateequity fund clients.

Langham HallLuxembourg S.à r.l. is licensed by the Ministry of Finance andregulated by the CSSF to provide domiciliation, centraladministration, transfer agency and depositary services toregulated and unregulated funds and SPVs in the real estate andprivate equity sector to a expanding client portfolio of realestate and private equity managers.

The Role Theindividual will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of realestate and private equity funds and other structures.

Theindividual will liaise with CFOs and financial controllers andlegal counsel at fund managers, third parties (including auditors)and other external advisors necessary to ensure smooth operation ofthe structure and to ensure that deadlines are met.

Specificresponsibilities include bookkeeping, periodic reporting (usuallyunder Luxembourg GAAP or IFRS), assisting with calls,distributions, transactions, board meeting and other day to dayfunctions.

The individual will work within a small client team,reporting on a daily basis to the relevant Langham Hall clientmanager.

The candidate will be expected to interface at asenior level with clients in order to problem solve and proactivelydeliver our services.

The successful candidate will be involved indeveloping other members of the team to provide a qualityclient-focused service.

The candidate will also have anunderstanding of the Luxembourg legal, tax and regulatory regimesapplicable to private equity and real estate funds and otherstructures.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities Preparation of periodic financial statements, cashflows and associated notes including liaison with client overtransaction related issues.

Preparation of statutory accounts ofLuxembourg funds and other structures in accordance with IFRS andLUX GAAP. Consolidation of group of companies.

Calculation ofmanagement fees / equalisation charges and performance fees. Realestate and private equity transaction-related administrationincluding review of documents, preparation of minutes and relatedaccounting.

Compilation and analysis of financial informationunderlying the financial statements, including the treatment ofbusiness transactions.

Dealing with year end audits includingpreparation of relevant files and resolving issues. Attendance atboard and shareholder meetings and the preparation of boardminutes.

Client on boarding including project managing the CDDprocess. Monitoring compliance with fund and corporate laws andprocedures and generally accepted accounting principles.

PreparingLuxembourg statutory reporting and VAT and tax returns. Solvingproblems proactively using technical expertise and common-sense.

Technical Knowledge / Skills Required Direct experience ofclient service in a professional services firm. Luxembourg GAAP andIFRS.

An understanding of the legal and regulatory regimesapplicable to Luxembourg funds and SPVs. Proactive andproblem-solving approach to client servicing.

Ability to work in asmall team environment with focused and motivated individuals.Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation.

Strong communication skills. Ability to motivate, supervise, mentorand train more junior member of the team. Excellent organisationalskills and interpersonal skills for a high degree of clientinteraction and the promotion of client interaction within thebusiness.

Fluent in English, with French and / or German anadvantage. Minimum Education / Qualifications The candidatewill hold a professional accounting qualification at an appropriatelevel (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or will be studying towards one.
