  • The team plays a leading role in ensuring that all business areas receive a service which allows them to make the best use of Information ;
  • To support our growth, we are currently seeking for an IT Asset Coordinator. Job purpose Manage tasks for preparing and delivering assets.

    Major duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure each user has a computer and any additional specialized equipment
  • Install, test and configure new laptop, peripheral equipment and software
  • Manage PC setup and deployment procedure for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Manage mobile and fixed phone devices (Install, configure, troubleshoot and delivery of new devices)
  • Manage onsite installation and movement of IT material
  • Install and maintain hardware in building
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
  • Perform timely laptop hardware and software upgrades as required
  • Update our CIs database (naming convention, etc.)
  • Manage assets daily task, incidents in My Snow
  • Manage delivery & return of all assets
  • Coordination of hardware rollout and OS migration
  • Follow up of asset materiel reparation with Subcontractor
  • This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proactive in finding solutions to problems and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

    Your knowledge and communication skills will be required to provide a customer-focused service. Requirements to access to this function

  • Bachelor degree in IT or relevant professional training
  • Work experience requirements : 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment ( Windows 10, MS Office) plus PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS)
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations with database management, stock management and reporting
  • Fluent in English and French (German or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage)
