Your mission PwC Luxembourg is recruiting an HRIS Analyst to support our internal HR function with the maintenance of our HR management system.
The person occupying this position will be the technical point of contact for all HR functional areas and will liaise with HR subject matter experts as well as IT project managers on a regular basis.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train system users on new processes / functionalities; Contribute to HR projects as needed.
Your profile You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field (eg.
You are fluent in English; You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills; You are able to quickly learn new systems and tools -
experience with HR SaaS solutions is considered a strong asset; You have very good interpersonal skills and you are able to establish working relationships with both functional HR and IT experts.
