Developing and improving quality control processes and quality requirements for the program.
Monitoring and evaluating quality of the delivery.
Define quality criteria for the document's templates used by project teams.
Perform delivery analysis and produce quality reports.
Develops quality analysis and reporting capabilities.
Identifies creative ways to implement corrective actions in a cost effectives manner.
Manage third part relationship for the purpose of quality reporting.
Maintain and implement Project Quality Plan.
On own initiative analyse, lead, follow up and document prioritized quality non-conformities within the project.
Participate and support in quality assurance initiative within process and project delivery.
Support and coach projects teams within the area of advanced problem solving to meet quality expectation.
Profile description Bachelor degree in IT or Project Management.
A minimum of 5+ years of applied experience in the quality assurance, project management or process management field.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure (such as DataCenter management and Network) and / or software development and support.
Good commands of standards (ITIL, Project Management, IT Security).
Team spirit, analysis and problem-solving skills.
Customer and service oriented.
Written and verbal communication skills with particular emphasis on presentation skills.
