Position Overview Neuberger Berman are looking for an outstanding candidate with excellent written communication skills and the right mix of intellectual curiosity and result oriented approach.
As part of a small local Portfolio Management team, the successful candidate will supervise, edit and produce, as required, a diverse and variable range of documents recording the team’s, the funds’ and each managed entity’s activity, for distribution to the relevant stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities Company secretarial support role : Produce board packs, collating information from across the firm’s platform Draft, edit, and review board meeting minutes as required AIFM operational documents : Draft, edit, and review minutes of committees and meetings Review operational procedures Produce internal reports and presentations Support investor communication Draft, edit, and review investor communications Key Requirements / Qualifications (essential unless stated) English speaking to C2+ level University level degree (ideally in Humanities) 3 years of work experience producing professional level documentation Accuracy and attention to detail Precise and clear language Ability to work in a small team Attitude to cope with a high-pressure environment Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
