Field of activity

The Rewards, Regulation & Framework team is responsible for group wide HR topics such as Compensation & Benefits, Regulatory requirements and HR Frameworks.

The area of Compensation & Benefits deals with the preparation, coordination and implementation of the remuneration programmes of Deutsche Börse Group, i.

e. the annual bonus process, share based compensation programmes, internal and external remuneration benchmarks at international level.

Thereby the compliance with the regulatory requirements has to be ensured.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Support payroll cycle
  • Administration of benefits : parking charges, mortgage and consumer loans, public transport allowance,
  • Administer life & pension scheme, prepare reports on pension plan
  • Maintain employee data
  • Prepare reports and reconciliation for finance department
  • Prepare monthly tax and social security declarations and update tax information in the payroll system
  • Adhoc reports / statistics
  • Project work and work on policy & procedures
  • Qualifications / required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, experience in a fiduciary based in Luxembourg is an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP will be a plus
  • Able to work in a team in an autonomous and precise way
  • Rigorous, good organisation skills, flexible, stress resistant and discreet, you have team spirit
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German would be a plus) strong interest in tax and legal information
  • Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
