You will join a HelpDesk Team in charge of supporting End-Users.

Role :

As an IT Support Technician your main missions will be :

  • Identify, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze, manage and resolve issues for : Hardware : desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems and cellular devicesSoftware : MS Office and business applications, Windows OS
  • Prepare, install and configure IT equipment
  • Create and update procedures and documentation
  • Provide End-user training
  • Participate to cross-functional IT projects related to the support activities
  • Required profile : Profile :

    Profile :

  • A degree in IT (Bac+2) or equivalent experience
  • A first experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows OS), MS Office, business applications, Hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers)
  • You have a good knowledge of Network and Security concepts
  • You know how to assess, plan, prioritize the workload according to the impact of issues on the business
  • You are familiar with ticketing tools
  • Languages : French and English fluent mandatory
  • You are communicative, rigorous and curious in your work
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service
  • ITIL certification will be appreciated
