In the role of Client Service Operations Specialist you will be responsible for :
Be reactive with both internal and external client requests
Ensure the team reports and escalates exceptions / risk incidents in a timely manner
Assist the manager with coordination of work, auditors and the internal control department
Proactively share new ideas to support process improvements
Ensure accurate and timely publication of Net Asset Value.
Identify and resolve work processing issues.
Assist with compliance / fiduciary reviews and audits.
Perform customized work when necessary
Identify and implement consistent operational best practices.
During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity.
1-2 years of experience within a fund accounting and / or custody function
Computer competence (MS Office)
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry
Fluency in English
