Our COO Office is now looking for a forward-thinking and smart individual to the continuous improvement and deployment of new capabilities within the company.
He / She will be responsible for guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis.
He / She conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems, and straddle the line between IT, Data and the business to help bridge the gap improving system’s efficiency.
We are seeking for outstanding individuals that are self-starters, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and that enjoy working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.
As a Business Analyst, your main missions will be to :
Identify, develop, manage and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and define business recommendations.
Build scalable solutions that will provide data / KPIs and enable business decision making.
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Build and review functional specifications and design.
Perform detailed functional requirements analysis for process / systems.
Investigate / implement business processes models and application systems aiming to improve and expand operational capabilities.
Execute and coordinate user acceptance tests.
Identify scope deviations and manage change requests.
Elaborate business cases and studies in accordance according to business strategy.
Creation of ad hoc reporting to support decision making.
The perfect candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
3 year minimum, 5+ years preferred as Business Analyst.
Strong Experience with Business Analysis and Project Management, in both Agile and Waterfall modes.
Strong experience using reporting solutions ( Business Objects),
Strong experience in document drafting (English) and preparation of presentations
Experience with functional analysis, business process modelling (BPM).
Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop tools (particularly Windows, MS Office, Web browsers, Adobe, etc.).
Any relevant certification is a plus : Business Analyst (IREB, IQBBA, IIBA), Process Modelling (BPMN), testing (ISTQB)
Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills.
