As our Branch Manager you will coordinate and supervisor our operations in Luxembourg, be in close contact with our BeLux headquarters in Brussels and lead the business unit.

You will support Regional Managers in their respective business, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and effecitient branch operation.

You have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing approved strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

You will be involved in the business planning in our different business lines in Luxembourg (New Installations, Maintenance, Modernizations, Doors & Access Systems).

You are also responsible for achieving the targets and executing the business development programs (both in sales and operations).

As Branch Manager, you will report to the Regional Director of South Belgium & Luxembourg.

Responsibilities and key activities

You will be the key KONE face to customers and other relevant stakeholders in Luxembourg

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Help all Business Lines and the Regional team to develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

Maintain good connections with other regional units and members of the Leadership Team of KONE Belgium & Luxembourg

Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation

Responsible for the safety of employees at work

Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities (Lean Six Sigma approach)

Share knowledge with the regional team on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all applicable laws in Luxembourg and ensure the branch is in full compliance with KONE business policies, processes and methods

Network to improve the presence and reputation of KONE in Luxembourg

Stay informed of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Professional requirements

Successful track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and plans

Proven ability to achieve tangible business results

Solid operational and commercial business experience

Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation

Prior experience in leading others in an international matrix organization

Experience of dealing with local authorities

Change management, financial & sales management and project management skills

Prior experience of min 8 years of business management in sales and / or operational management

At the minimum BSc. degree in Economics, Business or other relevant field completed

Fluency in English and French. German spoken is an asset
