Join an international insurance Group, and develop for the French and the Belgium market one of their booming solution.

The role is to develop this new high potential market by developing the corporate network and manage the team composed by 2 Sales specialists.

Our client is an insurance Group, based internationally, and having multiples solutions to provide.


As a member of the international sales team you will help create and execute the strategy to profitably grow our portfolio of brokers and strategic sales partners to generate premium revenue and achieve significant market share in the French and Belgium international health insurance markets.

The main responsibilities are :

  • Contribute to the sales strategy for France and Belgium
  • Responsible for expanding our profitable sales network of brokers and strategic sales partnerships in both countries
  • Achieving assigned sales goals in terms of insurance sales through the broker and partnership portfolio
  • Generate and follow up new business leads to meet sales and profitability targets for group ( corporate) business
  • Lead the regional sales team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers
  • Represent our Group in the markets and participate in respective events and communities

    You have a proven experience in business development on the insurance French market, and have developed a solid network of partners.

    The position requires high levels of partnership sales experience and an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent communication- interpersonal- and persuasive skills

    You have the potential to lead a sales team, and to grow it.

    A fluent French and English is mandatory for this role.
