You assist the Area Sales Manager for the affected area (Holland, Belgium, UK).
You listen and respond to customer's needs and concerns.
You are directly in contact with customers (distributors and direct clients).
You provide information about products, delivery time and other services.
You ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments.
You review or make changes to customer accounts.
You analyse situations, investigate problems and determine solutions.
You daily use SAP and the CRM.
You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial Customer Service covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts).
You are fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
Additional languages as French or German are assets.
Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer.
You know how to develop a B2B relation on the long term with your customers.
Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
