A large historical group in Luxembourg, under the collective agreement and with more than 500 employees, is currently looking for an IT SUPPORT to reinforce the IT team in the management of daily tasks.

As an IT SUPPORT, you will be involved in migrations to Windows 10, the management of the computer park, the management of access rights via Active directory, the movement and configuration of workstations and finally the assistance to users during incidents.

You will be working with an international clientele, the mastery of German / French, or French / Luxembourgish is therefore MANDATORY!

IT SUPPORT - Missions :

Maintain and manage the IT infrastructure

Manage incoming tickets

Participate in various projects

Provide support to users remotely or directly on site

IT SUPPORT - Profile :

You have a degree in computer science.

You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

You master the environments : WINDOWS / ACIVE DIRECTORY / EXCHANGE

You speak fluent French / German or French / Luxembourgish
