The opportunity : your next adventure awaits As a D365 Consultant, you will leverage your experience completed with state-of-the-art trainings, in order to support our clients in defining the appropriate roadmaps for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and innovation journeys.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
Developing and supporting software solutions that reflect the current and future needs of the business;
Supporting integrators implementation projects;
Facilitating change management from technical and organizational aspects;
Building relationships with internal customers and understanding their IT and systems requirements;
Assess 3rd party solutions as well as with developers to define high-level designs that satisfy both technical and functional requirements;
Simplify and standardize processes as well as overseeing effective software and integration testing.

A master’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or other appropriate academic majors;
In-depth understanding of CRM and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365;
At least 1-2 years of experience in the design and implementation of CRM systems;
Experience in the development of flows and business rules in Dynamics 365 / CRM;
Experience or knowledge in Project Operations, HR, Finance, CS, SCM and Marketing is preferable;
SQL technical experience and any programming (Python, R, Java, C#, etc) or development experience (back-end or front-end) is a plus;
Agile and / or Prince Project Management qualifications / experience.
