My client is one of the world's best known service providers with millions of assets under management. Due to their growth and success in Luxembourg, my client is looking for a fund lawyer to expand their legal team! Your tasks :
Support the company from a legal and regulatory point of view (drafting and implementation of regulatory documents, ad hoc projects)
Advising and assisting in the integration of new clients and ManCo services
Draft and negotiate various agreements and substantive documents (AIFM, investment management company, prospectus review, trust deeds, administrative )
Advising and assisting in business development, sales and client service activities (product development and special projects)
Your profile :
You have between 2 and 6 years of experience in legal services for investment funds
You are fluent in English and French
You have excellent knowledge and understanding of : AIFM / UCITS (in several countries around the world)
You are a team player and highly organised
