About the Role :

For our HQ in Luxembourg we are looking for an Operative Support Specialist who’s main tasks will be to communicate with the suppliers on a daily basis and to solve associated problems, to implement and manage the administrative flow, to do transportation back office activities and to create group operative standards and spread their acknowledgement through the company.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Transportation backoffice activities;
  • Suppliers management;
  • Administrative flow implementation under intercompany rules;
  • Take corrective action on monthly closure tasks, aligned with Procurement and Local Teams;
  • Guarantee continuous improvement of the transportation invoicing process;
  • Create Group operative standards and spread their acknowledge through the company;
  • Exception management (delta quantities, delta product, damages );
  • Project Management of SC requirements in all the countries involved;
  • Automatization of backoffice tasks;
  • KPI analysis and definition of action plan to keep the KPI’s on target.
  • Who we are looking for : Profile


  • Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields;
  • 5 years of work experience, preferably in Administration or as Supply Chain Analyst;
  • Experience in monthly closure with transportation suppliers;
  • Experience in extra costs management;
  • Experience in process definition and IT standardization;
  • Problem solving approach;
  • Continuously evaluating opportunities to simplify and automate processes in collaboration with other departments;
  • Perform reporting and statistics;
  • Suggest and develop improvements together with local SC teams;
  • Be the point of contact for transportation suppliers;
  • Results oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good ability to synthesize and excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong intercompany vision.
  • IT Skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point;
  • Knowledge Access Database;
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • English fluent;
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
