Onboarding Officer (m / f)

Job Purpose

You will act as key contact for clients and work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Funds Department, Risk, Legal and Compliance.

You will be expected to deliver the highest international standards of service, in response to the expectations and the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take part in the definition of the Fund Onboarding offer
  • Conduct feasibility assessments of new client proposals and business opportunities
  • Coordinate and monitor the onboarding and launch process as well as modifications to Luxembourg domiciled funds
  • Follow administrative, legal, regulatory, operational and technical life of fund hosting products
  • Ensure client day-to-day relationship and support and follow-up on client requests and requirements including in terms of operational aspects, reporting and administration
  • Administer client and product databases for your functional area
  • Participate in the review and implementation of regulatory projects
  • Your Profile

  • Education in law, economics or finance (University and / or certifications)
  • First experience in AML / CFT / KYC
  • Fluent English, French and / or German will be considered as an asset
  • Strong ability to work discretely. Confidentiality is crucial to the function
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a confidential fashion
  • Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills
  • European and Luxembourg AML / CFT legal and regulatory framework in relation to Funds responsibilities
  • Knowledge of AIFMD Requirements
