In order to support the growth of our Accounting & Corporate Services team, we are currently looking for an :
Experienced Accountant - Specialized in Holding / Soparfi (m / f)

Your next challenge : In close collaboration with your team, you will :
Deliver bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting services, including corporate income tax and VAT returns to a portfolio of Luxembourg Soparfis, international clients;
Competently carry out duties in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements and BDO standards so as to meet with business expectations.
This with the support of other members of the team when required.
Your main responsibilities :
Report and work closely with the Senior Manager of the Accounting Department;
Ensure that the BDO internal policies and procedures are complied with;
Develop a strong relationships with your clients and advise them as best as possible;
Supervise an accounting team (juniors and seniors) and ensure deliverables of good quality are done within the deadlines required;
Define and manage the accounting team's planning, Follow-up of the files and anticipate the missing information;
Coach and review the work handled by the accounting team;
Ensure timely filing of the annual accounts, tax, VAT returns and regulatory reporting;
Liaise with external parties (external auditors, bank ) and keep your clients updated regularly.
Your Profile :
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the finance / accounting sector;
You have a bachelor degree (Bac+3) in Accounting;
Good accounting skills, extensive knowledge in Lux GAAP; IFRS is a plus;
Good knowledge in direct and indirect Luxembourg taxes;
Good capacity to lead with a real talent to motivate the team;
Excellent communication skills, proactive, committed, motivated, autonomous, rigorous with a team spirit;
Strong analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills;
You speak French and English fluently. German would be an asset;
