AML (senior) Compliance Officer (m / f) :

As an AML officer, you will have following responsibilities within the Compliance Surveillance Unit :

Assist the Head of Unit and Senior Compliance Officer in activities related to Compliance Risk- Assessments : assistance in producing the required metrics for senior management (ML-FT Dashboard, Product / Transaction Dashboards)

Assist in producing the MLRO reports for internal Funds-of-Funds incorporated in Luxembourg

Contribute to second line Compliance controls

Assist in internal audit queries to produce required evidence and documentation

Assist the Compliance Surveillance team in other ad-hoc activities : resolving daily screening alerts generated by WorldCheck.

Your objectives will be to contribute to Compliance Risk Assessment reporting activities, check execution of Compliance controls, assist with internal / external audit queries.

Your profile :

English : minimum C1 level.

Understanding of ML-FT Counterparty risk assessment, in particular the Politically Exposed Persons impact analysis in the context of 5th AML Directive and European Banking Authority guidelines

Experience with Compliance screening databases

You have at least 2 years KYC / client on-boarding experience

Prior experience in banking / finance and / or familiarity with AML Compliance matters would be a plus, ease with IT applications and data analyses and ability to create concise presentations;

You have good drafting and synthesis skills

knowledge of further EU languages considered an asset)

Demonstrate initiative, capability to work autonomously under given objectives and organize own work effectively even under time pressure.
