We are looking for a Team Lead Customer Support Operations (m / f) .

YOUR ROLE · Overseeing and managing the Customer Support team within the Operations team; reporting line directly to the Head of Operations · Managing staff by recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring employees, communicating job expectation and appraising their performance · In close collaboration with the Head of Operations developing, reviewing and refining the above-

mentioned team structure and strategies · Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies, processes and procedures · Overseeing the operations processes and organizing them to enhance merchant and customer satisfaction · Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time · Establishing reliable and efficient financial reporting processes for the assigned entities and ensure operational excellence · Being the Operations contact for all relevant Customer Support matters for internal and external stakeholders, partners and auditors OUR REQUIRMENTS · At least 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Support / Service related functions · Master’s degree in Management or an equivalent · Business fluent in English, German, French and any other language is considered an asset · Strong organisational and communication skill · Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-
