Your responsibilities :

  • Administrative and secretarial assistance to our general managers
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
  • HR experience
  • Accounting, creating offers, invoicing, OPOS reporting etc.
  • Reviewing and preparing contracts
  • Organizing interviews of new employees, and their on boarding
  • Preparing our monthly paperwork for the tax advisors
  • Internal contact for employee matters
  • Prepare general office communication
  • Maintaining an overview of the resource planning
  • Your profile :

  • You have a good understanding of IT, preferably having already gained experience in an IT company
  • At least 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English and have either German or French language skills
  • Team spirit
  • You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate your executive's needs
  • You are well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills
  • You are a positive thinker and are able to manage stressful situations
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and are equally comfortable at typing and proof reading
