Job description Requirements Based in our headquarter in Luxembourg the "Procurement / Provider Manager" will work hand in hand with the Directors of our companies in Luxembourg and Munich.

He / she will be part of our team running the companies, managing all kinds of projects, organizing the daily business and developing the business and the companies further.

Your responsibilities Organizing the daily business together with the executives Acting in a controlled outsourcing environment according to Circular CSSF 17 / 656 regarding the administrative and accounting organization and IT outsourcing Circular CSSF 17 / 654 regarding IT outsourcing relying on a cloud computing infrastructure Law of 10 November 2009 on payment services, on the activity of electronic money institution and settlement finality in payment and securities settlement systems, as amended Law of 5 April 1993 on the Financial Sector, as amended Acting as the interface to the VW(FS) Group and follow the requirements Processes / procedures Tools reporting Creating, maintaining and performing outsourcing control framework incl.

provider risk assessments Contract negotiations (incl.

  • pricing) Create contractual documents Framework agreements SLAs Pricing Data protection agreements Technical and organizational measures Your qualification Bachelor / master’s degree or having already a few years work experience after university Fluency in English, German is considered as a plus;
  • 1,5 to 5-years’ experience in a procurement / provider business field; Strong knowledge financial instruments, products and financial services;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivation, Team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline;
  • Sense of balance under pressured situation; General : Support IT Processes (Release management, incident / problem / change management, security management, service provider management Support Operations Administration (Tickets administration, Logs ) Support Reporting / presentation preparation Our offerings Young, dynamic and international team with an entrepreneurial spirit -
