We are looking for a next great leader for our Contract Logistics department in Contern, Luxembourg! Your Role The Warehouse Manager Contract Logistics is responsible for the overall management of the warehouse site.

This includes the management of operational activities in the warehousing sector, customer management, office operations and related Information Systems.

The Warehouse Manager Contract Logistics plans, organizes, directs and manages all office and warehouse activities. The selection, professional development and motivation of all warehouse and office employees are further central tasks.

The Warehouse Manager Contract Logistics supports top management in setting performance targets in the warehousing area and strategic planning and is responsible for achieving prescribed company goals in terms of costs, productivity, customer management and financial result.

Your Responsibilities Warehouse management : Monitoring of operational activities in the warehouse sector, initiation, maintenance and monitoring of key performance indicators, ensuring all operational processes, personnel management, initiation of continuous improvement processes, monitoring of materials management, organization of team meetings with shift leaders and team leads, predictive personnel requirements planning, etc.

Responsibility for results and budget : Responsibility for results and budget within the area of responsibility, definition and implementation of objectives for meeting earnings, productivity and service targets, preparation of budgets / rolling forecasts and planning.

Customer Management : Maintaining customer relationships, regular review meetings with customers, establishing customer service standards, ensuring compliance with customer-

specific requirements in the warehouse (towards processes, quality, communication, reporting, etc.), through Customer Engagement Programs and Voice of the Customer, always understand customer expectations and adapt to current and future further requirements, identification of opportunities to increase added value for customers, focus on customer retention, etc.

Organisation and leadership : Supporting all personnel-relevant topics together with the HR department, e.g. active promotion, management, coaching and further development of team members, recruitment of employees, disciplinary measures and much more.

Quality management and safety :

  • Ensuring the implementation of internal as well as state and legal quality requirements in the warehousing sector.Implementations : Assignment of personnel for implementations, in your Steering Committee member role challenge the progress of the implementation project and sign off the relevant gates;
  • finally operationally responsible for the successful implementation of new customers, etc. Your Skills and Experiences Multi-
