Trilingual Corporate Lawyer (m / f / d)

We are seeking to recruit a Trilingual Corporate Lawyer to support our Corporate / M&A Department in Luxembourg.

Your tasks :

  • Advise local and multinational clients on corporate matters and governance;
  • Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in M&A transactions;
  • Draft (either in English, German, or French), review and / or negotiate any type of contracts and / or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them;
  • Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.
  • Your profile :

  • Experience : Between 3 and 6 years as a lawyer in corporate law;
  • Qualification : Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
  • Languages : Fluent in English, French and German (written and spoken);
  • Skills : Proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.
