JOB DESCRIPTION :
Amazon Business EU Marketplace (3P) is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager responsible for supporting our Fulfillment initiatives and features in the EU.
You will be responsible for leading and establishing the fulfillment strategy for B2B in the EU. You will tackle complex fulfillment questions with data and dive below the surface to identify the root causes.
You will have the opportunity to transform how Sellers can help reduce total supply chain costs by leveraging existing Amazon processes and inventing new solutions to improve the Amazon Business customer experience.
Own the Pan-European fulfillment strategy for Amazon Business marketplace
Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the product initiatives on the roadmap.
Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the development teams. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
Deliver complete reporting and analysis solutions for Fulfillment on a Pan-European basis. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
Understand the internal and external competitive environment and the importance of fulfillment in developing long-term customer trust.
Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance Seller Experience and remove friction points.
Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in US and EU including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, and FBA.
Extensive relevant experience ideally in a combination of product management and in general management analyzing and improving the performance of a business

Enjoys working in diverse international cross-functional teams
Language requirement : Advanced English language skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail
Ability to earn trust in a matrixed environment and work with key internal partners to deliver results
High level of ownership, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Degree / studies in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field
Experience in online retailing
Experience in Fulfillment and Supply Chain Operations
Language skills in other European languages are a plus
