We are looking for a Corporate Counsel assisting with our International Expansion, Exports and Global Selling programs in the EU as well as for our European Fulfillment Network.
This includes advising the business teams on an ongoing basis on all issues related to these programs as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
The Corporate Counsel will also be expected to participate in other complex legal projects as directed, including : legal due diligence, structuring, negotiating and drafting general business transactions;
administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing relationships; and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Law degree with outstanding academic qualification.
At least 6 years post-qualification legal experience gathered both in-house as well as in private practice.
Strong transactional background dealing with commercial contracts.
High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner to senior management.
Great business judgment, especially in ambiguous situations.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent English language skills including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts.

In-house experience at a technology company or in a private practice technology group.
