Senior Investment Compliance Expert

Introduction

This reputable, dynamic and well-established Management company, located in Luxembourg is looking for its Investment Compliance expert.

Responsible for the validation of funds administered in Luxembourg and in charge of the collaboration with the internal and external services providers, the Investment Compliance expert will join the Fund Administration Product Control team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in investment funds compliance.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily funds investment restrictions, its related policies (UCITS V, ESMA Guidelines, SIF Law, AIFM) and risk exposure calculation for funds under commitment approach.
  • Assessing active and passive breaches and CSSF reporting pursuant to Circular 02 / 77
  • Ensuring the follow-up of unresolved compliance issues in a timely manner
  • Performing eligibility assessment towards UCITS funds prerequisites
  • Supporting the migration of Fund Administration operations to the targeted model

    • Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in finance, economics or accounting
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in investment fund law, financial derivative instruments and fund accounting
  • Good communication skills, time management skills and team player
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, German is a plus
