Tasks :

  • You will develop a communication plan to enhance a qualitative perception of the group in the RE community.
  • You will act as the company's ambassador and take daily responsibilities to contribute to its growth.
  • You will work daily to build the credibility of the company on the financial markets as to attain trust from the analysts and the investors.
  • You wll be in charge of managing the distributor and present funds at best.
  • You will develop an organized approach to target potential investors in Luxembourg and abroad.
  • You will work closely with investors to provide them with an accurate understanding of the company's funds and plans to help build a broad investor base.
  • You will provide content, coaching and support to ensure effectiveness of presentations and speeches to (potential) shareholders.
  • Requirements :

  • You have a contagious passion for sales in combination with at least 10 years of working experience in a Real Estate environment in Luxembourg.
  • You like to have impact and high exposure to internal (C-level) and external stakeholders.
  • You are a strong communicator, orally and written, in French and English.
  • You are accurate with numbers and thanks to your analytical point of view and you understand how different stakeholders will react.
  • You are consistent in storytelling and you love networking inside the company to obtain all necessary information and outside with the investor community & analysts.
